Terms of Service

Dear User, thank you for using PopDrama! Before you log in and use the services we provide, please carefully read the Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the services provided by this platform. Your use of this service indicates that you have accepted all the terms of this service.

Registration and Account

1. When you use certain features of the platform, you are required to register and log in to an account. You agree that all information you submit during the account registration process, or any information submitted to your account profile at any time thereafter, shall be accurate and true, and you shall update it in a timely manner.

2. When you register and use the service through a third-party account, you must ensure the stability and security of the account. If you are unable to log in to the platform due to the invalidation of your third-party account, please contact the company that owns the third-party account in a timely manner. Your account is the sole credential we use to verify your identity.

3. You may cancel your account, but once you cancel your account, you will lose access to and use of certain rights and interests on the platform, as well as all information within the account.

4. We reserve the right to block, suspend, and terminate your account at our sole discretion if you fail to comply with any provisions of these terms.

5. If you use misinformation to fraudulently register an account, or if information such as your account avatar and personal profile is suspected of containing illegal/harmful content, we reserve the right to take measures such as banning or suspending your account。

Application Eligibility

Our services are provided only to adults. By agreeing to these terms, you represent and warrant to us the following:

1. You must be at least 18 years old

2. Your registration and use of the platform comply with all laws and regulations

Subscription:

Your membership is valid for the prepaid period selected at sign-up. Depending on your choice, it may renew automatically on a recurring basis until canceled. To access the service, you must have a compatible device and internet connection. A valid, accepted payment method (which may be updated over time) is also required. If you opt for auto-renewal, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing period to avoid further charges. We may offer subscription plans directly. Please note that different plans may include additional terms, such as special promotions, which will be disclosed at sign-up or through other communications.

Otherwise, you shall bear full responsibility for this. At the same time, please use this service correctly and carefully. If your actions cause us to violate laws and regulations or involve us in political or public events, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate this service.

Promotion

PopDrama may have specific rules for promotional activities provided through the platform that differ from the above terms. Participating in a promotional activity indicates your agreement and compliance with these additional terms. If there is a conflict between the two sets of terms, the specific terms shall prevail over the above terms.
